We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all orders over $99 as our standard shipping option. Orders under $99 will be charged $11.11 as a flat shipping rate. Orders received prior to 2pm CST will be processed same day to be shipped next day. See table below for full shipping details. At Checkout you will be presented with options to upgrade your shipping to:
- UPS Ground – Better trackability and reliability
- UPS Three-Day Select – Better trackability and reliability, as well as a three day target delivery date
- UPS Second Day Air – Better trackability and reliability, as well as a two day target delivery date

Return Process
We hope you are happy with your purchase; however, in the event you are not, or the product is damaged in shipping – we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on regularly priced items and a 14-day money back guarantee on sale priced items. The money back guarantee window begins on the date of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping of the product but once it is received, the replacement/refund process will begin. Any shaped or chalked cues will be subject to a 20% replacement fee.
Refunds from returned or canceled orders will be returned within 7-10 business days and be credited to the original payment method.

Authorization vs credit card charges
Due to constant issues with the supply chain as it relates to billiards supplies, we will not charge cards immediately when you complete the transaction online. Instead, we will submit an authorization (hold) for the amount of the purchase.
From here, we will:
- Complete the original transaction once we can verify the order will be 100% fulfilled as ordered.
- Contact you directly via email to see if you would like a different option (If other options exist – i.e. different color or weight) – then complete the transaction based on this interaction.
- Complete the transaction for the adjusted amount after any items that cannot be fulfilled have been removed.
Raffles, Giveaways, and contest Rules
By participating in this raffle for billiard supplies, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All sales of raffle tickets are final and non-refundable.
- The raffle will run until all tickets are sold, at which point a winner will be selected.
- The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.
- Participants must be of legal age to enter and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle if necessary, including in the event of any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond their control.
- By entering the raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless the organizer from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the raffle or acceptance of the prize.
Incorrectly Priced Items
Unfortunately mistakes happen with keying pricing, as well as a lag in the communication of pricing updates from the manufacturers. In the event of an inadvertently mispriced item, the transaction will be voided and a full refund issued. We will also offer a 10% discount on your next order for the inconvenience as a sign of good faith.
As of 12/01/2023 we are offering an affiliate marketing program. You can sign up from the My Account tab. This program is in its infancy. We will update terms and conditions as this program evolves. Commissions will be paid out via PayPal 30 days after the end of the calendar quarter. Affiliates generating more than $750 in annual commissions will be required to submit a W9 form as being an affiliate generates 1099 Taxable income. All Predator branded products are excluded from this affiliate program as commissionable items.
