We offer free USPS ground shipping on all orders over $99. Orders received prior to 2pm CST will be processed same day to be shipped next day. We currently do not offer expedited shipping such as next day air but we are working on an affordable solution. If you need your product prior to the standard estimated 5 day turn time please reach out to sales@poolsharksupply.com to discuss available options.
Currently we only ship to the continental US. We are working to expand this to include HI and AK and hope to have this resolved by 01/01/2023.

Return Process
We hope you are happy with your purchase; however, in the event you are not, or the product is damaged in shipping – we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on regularly priced items and a 14-day money back guarantee on sale priced items. The money back guarantee window begins on the date of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping of the product but once it is received, the replacement/refund process will begin.

Authorization vs credit card charges
Due to constant issues with the supply chain as it relates to billiards supplies, we will not charge cards immediately when you complete the transaction online. Instead, we will submit an authorization (hold) for the amount of the purchase.
From here, we will:
- Complete the original transaction once we can verify the order will be 100% fulfilled as ordered.
- Contact you directly via email to see if you would like a different option (If other options exist – i.e. different color or weight) – then complete the transaction based on this interaction.
- Complete the transaction for the adjusted amount after any items that cannot be fulfilled have been removed.
