Established in 1982 under the name Dave’s Cue Service, Jacoby Custom Cues, Inc. began with David and his son Shane repairing cues in their basement. As they honed their skills, they delved into cue crafting, gaining recognition from the American Cue Maker’s Association. Brandon, Dave’s other son, took over when Shane pursued other endeavors. Relocating from their basement to a dedicated shop in 1992, Jacoby Custom Cues expanded further due to high demand. Presently situated in Nekoosa, Wisconsin, the company conducts all operations locally. Brandon oversees daily operations while Dave, until his passing in 2023, remained active in promoting American-made cues and engaging with customers at tournaments and shows.
